Tears of Endurance!

Endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines, but it is to the one who endures that the final victory comes. There are no shortcuts to endurance. You have to train yourself to make peace with the long route everyday & do it & love where it's taking you. First steps are always the hardest but until they are taken the notion of progress remains only a notion & not an achievement. Limitations can only be true as long as we believe in them. Believe in yourself instead. Amazing things will happen. Endurance is not just the ability to bear a hard thing, but to turn it into glory.

I have endured, I have been broken. I have known hardship. I have lost myself, but here I stand still moving forward, growing stronger each day. I will never forget the harsh lessons in my life. They made me stronger. Don't quit. You are already in pain. You're already hurt. Get reward from it.
I learned from the example of my father that the manner in which one endures what must be endured is more important than the thing that must be endured. Excellence is not a singular act, but a habit. You are what you repeatedly do. Endurance is the crowning quality, & patience; all the passion of great hearts.

Endurance is the ability to sustain overtime, to call from ourselves renewed commitment & effort when we are confronted with challenges or hardships. Endurance often requires tolerating discomfort, & may call on us to reach for resources & stamina we are not certain we possess. Endurance means that we remain steadfast even through criticism, monotony & discouraging odds. 

To endure what is unendurable is true endurance. Nothing great is ever achieved without great enduring. Some days there won't be a song in your heart. Sing anyway.
Endurance requires planfulness & balance, not just strength of will. Health & pacing often determine our ability to sustain. This means that we need to take care of ourselves if we care about the long run.
A man may die, nations may rise & fall, but an idea lives on. Ideas have endurance without death. The act of gaining endurance through physical activity has been shown to decrease anxiety, depression, stress or any chronic disease in total. Build your endurance gradually. If you haven't been active for a long time, it's important to work your way up over time. 

Easily mistaken it's not about a love for adversity, it is about knowing strength & a faith so great that adversity, in all it's adverse manifestations, hardly even exists. 

Endurance is the price tag of achievement.
